If you are not registered for courses, please submit this form to cancel your admission to Fairmont State and if paid, initiate a refund of the enrollment deposit. For students admitted for the spring term the deadline to submit the form to request a refund of the enrollment deposit is December 5 and for students admitted for the summer/fall term the deadline is May 1. If you are registered for courses, log into the my.fairmontstate.edu portal and complete the withdrawal from all classes process to cancel admission and initiate the deposit refund process. We encourage you to connect with your admissions counselor before canceling. We want you to continue your academic journey with us and we know this is a big decision.
