To be considered for a Federal Work-Study (FWS) award as part of your financial aid offer for the 2026-2027 academic year, please complete the form below. Funding is limited and not guaranteed based on this request. Students awarded FWS will be notified via your Fairmont State student email beginning July 1, 2026. If completing this request after March 1st, you may be placed on the FWS waitlist.

By submitting this Federal Work-Study Request Form, you are acknowledging that:
· You have completed the 2026-2027 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
· You are an undergraduate student and enrolled/planning to enroll in at least 6 credit hours each semester.
· You are in good academic standing with at least a 2.0 overall GPA.
