VIRTUAL SOAR – SCHOLARSHIP EVENT

We may ‘live in uncertain times,’ but we won’t let that stop you from pursuing your dreams. The Falcon Family is known for rolling up our sleeves and taking on challenges.

Our SOAR events allow students to learn more about Fairmont State, what it means to be a part of our Falcon Family, and receive a $500 renewable scholarship with a four-year value of $2,000 (NOTE: Only first-time freshmen are eligible for this scholarship program). Students will earn the scholarship simply by registering for and attending the event.

This is your chance to learn more about Fairmont State, join the Falcon Family, and receive a scholarship for making the commitment.
 
At Virtual SOAR you will:

• Meet President Mirta M. Martin, a first-generation college graduate herself, who will describe how college transformed her life.
• Meet with Recruitment Staff who will answer any questions you have about the admissions process and life at Fairmont State.
• Talk to teacher-mentors in your area of interest who can tell you about how Fairmont State’s robust hands-on learning experiences will prepare you for rewarding careers.
